By participating in the Everything Girlish Style Circles community program ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not participate.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years or older. The Service is available to residents of Ghana and internationally, subject to local laws and regulations. Everything Girlish reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse participation to anyone at our discretion.

3. Style Circle Participation Rules

• Participation Fee: GHS 30.00 per circle (2 circles daily: Morning 6 AM - 7 AM and Evening 6 PM - 7 PM)
• Selection: Participants select 3 favorite products during participation
• Brand Appreciation Gifts: 2 appreciation gifts per day (1 per circle), selected by the brand after each circle closes
• Gifted Members: Could be 2 different people OR one person receiving both gifts - based on participation, consistency, and contribution
• Announcement: Gifted members are announced publicly with social media handles
• Double Appreciation: One person may receive appreciation from both circles in a single day (receiving both gifts)
• Program Duration: This Style Circle participation program operates daily and will continue until we notify participants of any changes. Program terms may be updated or modified at any time. For regular updates, join our WhatsApp community channel.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers including but not limited to:

• Paystack: Payments are processed in accordance with Paystack's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• Flutterwave: Payments are processed in accordance with Flutterwave's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• Other Payment Providers: Additional payment methods may be subject to their respective terms and conditions

By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the payment provider used for your transaction. Everything Girlish is not responsible for payment processing issues, refunds, or disputes handled by third-party payment providers.

5. Purchase Options

Participants may choose from three options:

• Style Circle Participation: Join the Style Circle for GHS 30.00 to unlock active participation and community engagement
• Buy Retail: Purchase products directly at retail prices
• Buy Wholesale: Purchase products in bulk at wholesale prices

6. Brand Appreciation Selection and Notification

Gifted members are selected by the brand based on participation, consistency, relevance, and contribution after each circle closes. Gifted members will be notified via the contact information provided and announced publicly on our social media platforms and WhatsApp community. Gifted members must claim their appreciation gift within 7 days of notification or forfeit the gift.

7. Appreciation Gift Fulfillment

Appreciation gifts will be delivered to gifted members within 14 business days of claim. Delivery terms and costs will be communicated to gifted members. Everything Girlish is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address information provided by gifted members.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Participation fees are non-refundable once payment is processed. In the event of cancellation of the Style Circles, participants will be notified and refunds will be processed according to the payment provider's refund policy. Everything Girlish reserves the right to cancel or modify the Service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

Everything Girlish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, including product images, descriptions, and brand materials, are the property of Everything Girlish and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

11. Modifications to Terms

Everything Girlish reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.

13. Program Duration
